General Principles for Admission to Graduate Programs via a Letter of Acceptance:
For the admission of international students to graduate programs through a letter of acceptance, the applicant must apply to the International Student Office with a letter of acceptance approved by the relevant faculty member and the Head of the Department/Division, together with the required supporting documents. The International Student Office reviews the recognition status of the higher education institution from which the applicant graduated and examines the submitted documents. Applications deemed eligible are approved and forwarded to the Institute. Applications of candidates who submit the required registration documents to the Institute are evaluated by the Institute Executive Board (EYK). Candidates whose applications are approved are granted final registration, and the semester in which they will commence their studies is determined by the Institute Executive Board. International students admitted through a letter of acceptance are enrolled outside the regular admission quota. Applicants are required to satisfy the minimum admission requirements applicable to international students.

Lisansüstü programlara kabul mektubu ile kabul sürecine ilişkin "Genel İlkeler" maddesi:
Yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin kabul mektubu ile lisansüstü programlara kabulünde, aday öğrenci; ilgili öğretim üyesi ile EABD/EASD başkanının onayladığı kabul mektubu ve ekleri ile Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisine başvurur. Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisi, adayın mezun olduğu yükseköğretim kurumunun tanınırlığını ve evraklarını inceleyerek uygun bulunan başvuruları onaylayarak evrakları enstitüye iletir. Kayıt için gerekli belgeleri enstitüye teslim eden adayların başvuruları EYK tarafından değerlendirilir; başvurusu uygun bulunan adayların kesin kayıtları yapılır ve öğrencinin eğitime başlayacağı yarıyıl EYK tarafından belirlenir. Kabul mektubu ile kayıt yaptıran yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler kontenjan dışı olarak kaydedilir. Adayların, yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler için geçerli asgari şartları sağlamaları zorunludur.)

Important Details (Önemli Noktalar)
- International students who also have Turkish citizenship can only be accepted via a letter of acceptance if their residence is not in Turkey and they are graduated from foreign universitites (Aynı zamanda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşlığına sahip olan uluslararası öğrenciler yalnızca yurtdışında ikamet etmeleri ve yabancı yükseköğretim kurumlarından mezun olmaları durumunda kabul mektubu ile alım başvurusu yapabilirler).
- Students must contact a faculty member from the relevant department (Öğrenciler ilgili anabilim dalındaki öğretim üyesi ile iletişim kurmalıdır).
- The faculty member approving the admission also accepts supervision of the graduate study (Başvuruyu onaylayan öğretim üyesi lisansüstü danışmanlığı kabul ettiğini de onaylamaktadır).
- The acceptance form approved by the faculty member and the department chair is forwarded to the International Students Office along with the necessary attachments (İlgili öğretim üyesi ve anabilim dalı başkanı tarafından onaylanan kabul mektubu formu ekleri ile birlikte Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisine iletilir).
- If the recognition of former degrees and other details about the application are approved, the Institute Executive Board may approve the the final registration outside processed outside the quota (Daha önceki öğrenimin tanınırlığı ve diğer başvuru detayları onaylanırsa Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu kesin kaydı kontenjan dışı olarak onaylayabilir).
- Admission to graduate programs with a letter of acceptance is restricted to international students only and applications can be made throughout the year (Kabul mektubu ile lisansüstü programlara öğrenci kabulu uluslararası öğrenciler için geçerlidir ve başvurular yıl boyunca kabul edilmektedir).
- Candidates whose acceptance letters and accompanying documents are approved are required to submit the tuition fee payment receipt to the Institute prior to final registration (Kabul mektubu ve ekleri uygun bulunan adayların kesin kayıt öncesinde öğrencim ücreti dekontunu enstitüye iletmeleri gerekmektedir).
